We are asking all of the foreign nationals who transact with the addresses of alien and immigration to be updated directly  from  the relevant application for the progression  of their case, so  it will avoid any pointless visitations for simple information at the offices of the addresses, which will lead up into forming overcrowdedness, and long queues, leaving behind their own services.

(see the latest circular of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs DIDAD / Φ.69 / 128/17765 / 02.10.2020: “Measures and regulations in the context of the need to limit the spread of the coronavirus.”) The service of the public is done in order of priority and strict observance of the instructions for the minimum distance of 1.5 meters between the employees and the citizens. The disabled, pregnant and elderly are served as a priority. In these groups, prior telephone contact with the Appointment Scheduling Service is recommended.
